OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Allegro-Intandem is dedicated to Total Customer Satisfaction through manufacturing and operational excellence based upon the criteria of World Class Manufacturing. A formal program exists for each operation and function to adopt the practices of MRP II, JIT, cycle-time management, TQM, re-engineering, and continuous improvement. Employees are educated and trained in fundamental practices, and roles for goal and performance achievement are defined and communicated.

The "Journey to Excellence" itself is a process of continuous learning and change to be the best in class to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of all customers, both internal and external.

We accomplish Operational Excellence in an environment that is process-oriented, fact-based, and in which all employees are empowered to contribute improvements on a daily basis. This comprehensive approach is a combination of continuous improvement methods:
